You Can Make A Difference
In
addition to local government funding, it is the generous support of
dedicated patrons that makes
it possible for Warner Library to provide free
access
to books, information and research tools, and
the many educational
and cultural programs
that serve the more than 150,000 thousand patrons who
visit the library every year.
By
supporting the Library, you become a part of our very important mission:
The Warner Library is dedicated to providing free and easy access to print
and non-print materials to a diverse community. As a community center,
the Library provides quality programs of
interest to
residents of all ages.
Whether you use the Library regularly, or simply
value it as an area
resource for continued exploration and personal growth, we appreciate that
you are considering an investment in one of Tarrytown
and
Sleepy Hollow’s most treasured gifts, our library.
Seeing The Big Picture
When
you join the Donors Club at Warner Library,
you become part of a very special group of committed supporters who

simultaneously supporting
the future achievements of your family, your

Warner Library
A Local Treasure and A Community Resource
The
Warner Library, a Neo-Classical Revival style building designed by Walter
Blair, was donated to the community by Mr. & Mrs. Worcester Warner, local
philanthropists and visionaries, and opened to the public on February 22nd,
1929.
The library serves the Villages of Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, which
together have an ethnically, economically and educationally diverse
population of 20,302.
The Library is a true community center, offering cultural and educational
programs for all ages.
