Residents of Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown, and non-Westchester residents who work in Sleepy Hollow or Tarrytown are eligible to receive a library card.

Full-time EF International Language School students may also register for a free library card. Adults eligible for a card may use the online form provided below.

Library cards will be mailed to the street address (no post offices boxes) provided. Please include the apartment or suite number with the street address.
