Anyone interested in writing fiction or nonfiction is encouraged to attend. Novelists, poets, playwrights, short-story writers, memoir writers, biographers or journalists are welcome. Current members range from a foundry worker to a college physics professor. Published authors will participate regularly with talks and tips.

The group meets the second Saturday of each month at 11am.

AARP Tax-Aide volunteers will be at the Warner Library every TUESDAY, from February 6, through April 17, 2018,  from 10am to 3pm. Certified counselors help people with low- and moderate-income, with special attention to those age 60 and older, on a first-come, first-serve basis. The library is wheelchair accessible.

On three Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm, the Warner Library will be showing the video of a TEDx Tarrytown event from October 22, 2017 in Irvington.  The speakers from the event will be at the library to continue the discussions and answer questions. Refreshments will be served.
