As our nation approaches 250 years of independence, Community Conversations invites New Yorkers to discuss the role democracy plays in their lives as members of local, national, and global communities.
A panel featuring Barrett Seaman of the Hudson Independent, Tarrytown Historian Rick Rose, educators Richard Hoffman and Jessica Hunsberger, High School students, and other community notables will engage in an inquiry and dialogue about democracy. Community participation welcome and encouraged.
Funded by a NYS Humanities grant.
